Ingredients

For 4 people:

Salad

400 g colorful tomatoes

How to make it

1/ Prepare the ingredients: Gently rinse the lamb’s lettuce and soak it in water for about 10 minutes to refresh the leaves. Then drain well and pat dry. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces as you like.

2/ Make the salad base: In a large bowl, whisk together the raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb’s lettuce and gently toss to coat it evenly with the dressing.
